English Drama: Learning a new language might seem daunting at first, but there are countless advantages to becoming bilingual. Aside from being able to communicate in a foreign tongue and enhance future career prospects, learning a language has been proven to boost brain power! (Research from Northwestern University, USA)
The summer school program will develop participants’ four skills whilst engaging in fun interactive activities. Students will work in small groups and engage in entertaining activities, language games, role-play, and act out dramatic scenes too! They will aim toward developing a project which they will display at the end of the program.

Robotics Fun: This course consists in Mechanical Engineering and Technical Drawing learning. You will learn the basic design, drawing and engineering techniques to design and build your own robots. The Course includes also Science Fiction stories, Science and Technology language and vocabulary, word games, word-search and quizzes that will help you to improve your English skills.
Fatima College of Health Sciences – Abu Dhabi & Al Ain Campuses
As a participant in Skills4life 2012 Summer Program offered by Fatima College for Health Sciences, you will enjoy a rewarding and exciting summer. You will have the chance to experience a wide range of activities and interactive sessions on health related issues that will allow you discover a new perspective of living for you and your family.
The courses are designed to give you the opportunity to explore and develop new skills, make new friends and build the confidence and knowledge needed to help you and your family develop new strategies of living healthy and mange more effectively the current health related issues and emergency situations.
Al Jazirah Institute of Science and Technology, Abu Dhabi – Female Campus
This year Skills4life will be organized around a project. Students will form teams to develop an idea for a small business.
It should be a simple and age appropriate idea like jewelry, henna, clothes, books, beauty, food or Arabic sweets.
At the end of the course students will showcase their business and the materials they have produced. These will be judged and awarded prizes at the graduation.
